A leading International Property company with a strong presence in the investment, management and development sectors are seeking a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong background in property accountancy and team leadership.
Based in the West End of London you will be responsible for managing a team which deals with all aspects of Billings and collections as well as preparing annual budgets, models and reconciliations.
Duties will include:
-Setting KPI's & carrying out performance reviews
-Variance analysis
-All aspects of the service charge function
-Manage Audit process
-Monthly reporting
-Arrears reviw
Additionally the successful candidate will be charged with assisting the department head with all aspects of the accounts function including year end accounts.
You will be:
-A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
-Have good excel skills
-Excellent communication skills
-A proactive approach
-Proven man management skills
-A keen eye for detail
