Minimum Salary: £29,000 - £32,500 with a competitive total reward package.
You will be based in a branch, in a front-line customer-facing sales role in which you'll achieve and exceed targets by providing appropriate, understandable advice and building lifetime relationships with customers.
You will also be responsible for supporting the branch team by providing coaching, training and feedback for branch staff, and praising good contribution.
You will be responsible for delivery of quality sales and targets within your branch, and seamless and efficient service, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained to establish long term relationships.
You will have full FPC and currently hold CAS (minimum of six months) and have exceeded target for the past 12 months.
