FLIGHTS AND TICKETING EXECUTIVE
An expanding and successful
luxury tour operator is looking for a Ticketing and Administration Executive to
join their busy Air Operations Department.You will become a key player in a busy department that is responsible
for the successful operation and ticketing of all flight segments that are part
of client's itineraries.You will be
responsible for the managing of Q’s; ensuring that all appropriate action is
taken to any flagged issues. You will be responsible for the revalidation,
refunds and reissue of any flight segments, ensuring that ADM's are minimised
and that ACM's are taken advantage of, before ensuring that all tickets are
issued to deadline and within in the fare rules.Other duties will see you checking that
flight manifesto's are complete and correct and that all documentation is 100%
complete before sending them out to clients.The successful candidate must be fully fluent in Amadeus, have a strong
fare and ticketing knowledge, and have a strong attention to detail.You will be organised and a team player, who
is able to communicate effectively within your team and also to other
departments.
