Job Role

As the FM Bid Manager (PFI) it will be your responsibility to manage the bidding process from conception to completion. As the title of the role suggests you will be concentrating on the bidding procedures for Facilities Management provision within the PFI sector. A key focus for this position with be Building Schools for Future (BSF) FM bids. Based from the West Midlands this position will require flexibility depending on the location of the work being tendered for.
The ideal FM Bid Manager (PFI) will have previous experience of managing Total Facilities Management bids in the PFI sector and it would be beneficial to have had exposure to BSF projects too. This person will have an in-depth understanding of FM preferably from an operational background.
International Service Provider
Salary up to £55,000 plus an attractive benefits package.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
