Job Role

This role is to contribute to the regional growth of this FM Service provider. You will be required to oversee the management of existing accounts and be aware of the potential other business opportunities. You will manage a team of partnership managers who run teams to deliver responsive and planned maintenance to the social housing sector.
Candidates will have a solid background in delivering hard services FM contracts and can illustrate their ability to bring improvements and new ideas to existing contracts. Your overall objectives will lead to the best level of customer services and repeat business.
You may not currently be working within the social housing sector however we would be interested to speak with candidates from a retail or other service industries within the FM Hard Services delivery sector.
National FM provider to the public and private sector.
Excellent package - Director level appointment

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
