FMCG - Head of Sales UAE – 30,000 AED + Benefits One of the regions most recognisable FMCG giants has an opportunity for a skilled Head of Sales to join the company as they move into new territories to develop their brand further. Being market leaders, they are accustomed to breaking new ground and they are currently determined to gain a huge market share in the Levant Region. This will include having senior sales consultants working the region while the Head of Sales role will be controlling things from the office in Dubai. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation a long term business strategy where the primary focus is aggressive growth while ensuring the company’s name and status in the industry remains impeccable. You will cover all aspects of recruitment, training, development and reporting to the board, while at the same time continuing to do the ground work to keep your arm of the business operating smoothly. Applicants must have the following: - 8-10 years Head of Sales in FMCG
- Thorough understanding of the Edible Oil industry
- A high degree of flexibility to travel at short notice
- Working knowledge in the Levant Region
