We are looking for a well educated, high caliber Sales Co-ordinator to work for a foward thinking and successful Freight Company.We are looking for someone experienced and talented. The work is demanding but interesting and varied. You will need to provide comprehensive administration support to the sales team and senior management team.
You must be able to manage conflicting priorities and work effectively to deadlines. Excellent communication skills,accuracy and attention to detail are essential. You will need to be proactive and flexible.You need to have Freight experience as you will be doing quotes and dealing with overseas offices in the absence of the sales team.
SKILLS Required
Advanced IT Skills Word ,Excel spreadsheets, Powerpoint. .
Ability to liaise professionally with a wide range of people both face to face and on the telephone.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Research and summarise reports.
Setting up office system and filing manage projects.
