Johnson Controls has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Administrator (Site Administrator) to join their team based in Dartford.  The successful candidate will be the Site Administrator in a building services maintenance office.

The Role of the Site Administrator:

Input timesheets (PISKI)
Close out planned maintenance work orders (SAP)
Coordinate reactive works (Jobs received via central help desk)
Raise purchase orders (e counterline)
Keep monthly spread sheet of Additional works (excel)
Maintain documentation in line with company process and procedure
Coordinate staff holidays
Absence reporting
General office duties

The ideal Site Administrator should have/be:

Previous admin experience
Experience in a similar role desirable
