About the role:
You will be responsible soft services within a prestigious commercial facility in Essex. The role will involve the management of external sub-contract staff and direct reports, ensuring that high levels of service are maintained throughout.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Experience working as a facilities manager in a property management consultancy, service provider or managing agent
- Extensive experience in facilities management, dealing with soft services
- Experience of handling budgets
- Experience negotiating with subcontractors
- Extensive health and safety awareness
