Strategic Facilities Manager needed to join the developer of some of the most exciting new schemes in Abu Dhabi. At every stage of the development process this individual will guarantee world class hard and soft services delivery, ensuring that integrated design and operational planning is the norm across an impressive development portfolio.
Sitting within a recently established transition team this individual will have input into every stage of projects from concept design to delivery. They will be tasked with ensuring operational readiness through smart design, timely and effective procedures as well as proper training and contingency planning. They will work closely with a senior team representing various interests to ensure the smooth transition from construction delivery to world class day to day operation.
Carrying significant responsibility from day one this individual will have help a similar role in the past, working for a developer in the strategic planning of services and the transition of a major development into an operational facility. You will likely have between 10-15 years experience in FM and will have worked on at least one major shopping centre, airport or similar mixed use, multi-tenanted, service heavy commercial scheme. Whilst candidates from outside the region are welcome to get in touch individuals currently working in the GCC will be considered first.
This position presents the opportunity to play a key role in the delivery and operation of the capitals most prominent projects. Beyond this there is an ambitious development and acquisition programme which the transition team will be heavily involved in.
