My client is a leading technical services provider who work throughout the UK in a number of sectors, they have a number of long-term major contracts and are an extremely stable employer.
They are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to be based in a static role on a clients site in the Wetherby area. You will need to have a strong background in an operations focused FM role on a large contract. You will need to be technically qualified with a HNC/HND or degree level in a Facilities Management or Building Services discipline. You will need to hold a minimum of IOSH Certification with NEBOSH desirable.
The contract will involve tendering for a commercial site with several buildings and providing a Total FM delivery service. You will be responsible for managing KPI’s, sub-contractors and service delivery to a high standard. You will need to have experience of using CAFM systems and helpdesk services.
Excellent customer service skills, communication skills and a flexible approach to work is required. You will need to have a strong familiarity with standard MS office applications.
Basic salary for the role is up to £40k based on your experience.
