The Role
A leading developer in Abu Dhabi has an opportunity for a Facilities Manager in their current expanding team. The role requires an experienced and professional candidate with a professional approach to FM and the ability to work well in corporate environments.
The projects will be a mix of developments including residential, retail, hotels and commercial all at varying stages of completion.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of working in the UAE in a similar capacity for a leading developer/ property company or come from a large western company and be based in the Emirates.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
1. Degree qualified, ideally within FM or property, a professional level of qualification is required.
2. Experience within facilities management in the UAE.
3. Excellent Communication skills, the ability to be flexible and adapt.
