Job Role

As the Facilities Manager you will be the key point of contact for the senior staff members of this PFI education facility. Managing the sites operational team of Hard and Soft FM managers and their teams, you will be responsible for planning annual budgets to meet the stringent demands of the contract.
The ideal Facilities Manager will be an experienced industry professional who has ideally had experience of educational or PFI facilities management.This demanding role will suit an individual with an ambitious strategic attitude to FM within and educational set up. Our client is continuing to drive the PFI side of their business in the West Midlands and wider UK and are looking for people who will be influential in its continued operational excellence.

Salary Circa £35,000+ benefits

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
