It’s an exciting time for us at CDF, with talk of the requirement to better meet the needs of local people resounding across the political landscape. This has provided CDF with new impetus and opportunities to promote understanding and benefits of community development approaches, across the sectors, in different policy areas and within our dynamic communities.
As the Facilities and ICT supervisor you will lead on the day-to-day management of the department across all of the sites within the organisation. You will advise staff and management on compliant and best-practice policy whilst working with the Facilities director to develop effective procedures.
CDF seeks an individual that can offer significant experience in all aspects of facilities and ICT management with a solid understanding of the current legislative environment – particularly Health and Safety, Data Protection and Freedom of Information requirements.
It is likely that the successful candidate will have the following background and experience:
·2+ years experience in a facilities role
·Recognised professional qualification within facilities management/Health and Safety
However, personal aptitude is as important as directly relevant experience
