Area Manager - Leading Fashion Footwear Brand - South West and Wales
Up to £48k + Company Car and Benefits Package
This Leading High Street Fashion Footwear brand is currently recruiting for an experienced Area Manager for their South West and Wales Region.
For this role, you will need to have gained at least 5+ years Area Management experience from within a leading high street fashion or footwear retailer. This is a new role within the brand so it is essential that you can demonstrate excellent people management skills to effectively manage a new area and team to deliver results.
You will need to be experienced in:
- Delivering results to meet and exceed KPI objectives
- Ability to lead and manage a large management team within a very fast paced environment
- Be entrepreneurial in your approach to the business and managing your Area
- Be results driven
- Strong knowledge of the fashion and footwear industry
- Strong commercial awareness
- Strong experience in People Management – Performance Management, HR Procedures, Recruitment and selection, Succession Planning
- Full accountability for budget and cost control
