JOB BACKGROUND
This is a new role and will become the pivotal point of external contact responsible for acquiring new business from both existing but predominantly new accounts.
Based from a home office covering a 50 mile radius from Kings Langley it is envisaged that this will be a National role
JOB PURPOSE
To establish and maintain a professional business relationship with both new and existing Agency clients
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
Fluent written and spoken English
Good working knowledge of Maths
Good sales skills, proven ability – may need evidence e.g. P60
Experience working from a home office base
Experience of using a data base / CRM system
Integrity and strong desire to achieve success
Good listening skills
Flexible outlook and team player
Accurate and concise when recording and inputting data
Ability to manage work load well and plan effectively
Professional representation of the company at all times
Time management, analytical, and customer service skills
Excellent communication and empathetic skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Computer user, proficient using MS Office and Mail
Ability to work well with time pressures in a constantly evolving business
Not Essential but Desirable
Knowledge of PAYE and NIC
Understanding of the outsourced payroll sector
Previous umbrella payroll experience

Basic: £25-£30k
Car: £5k
Uncapped Commission: £12k
Total OTE: £42k-£47k
