Field Sales Executive to join a successful manufacturing company, based out of their office in Rochester, Kent. You MUST have field sales experience, and be keen to train on new products, with a view to covering all of the UK and possibly overseas. Salary package for the Field Sales Executive is up to 18k basic, OTE up to 33k + pension + healthcare.
Our client is initially looking to interview candidates with field sales experience in printing or related industries.
After training, it is anticipated that you will spend one day in the Rochester office, and the rest of the time out in the field.
Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage new Product introduction and deal with technical specifications for customers
Development and mutual understanding for full appreciation of the needs of the customer and benefits of products and services
Research Market Opportunities, potential customers and competitors
Forecast and Plan for targeted sales performance
Product Channel Management through OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturers), Distributors and Retailers
Managing key accounts, negotiating with all principals including Senior Managers, Directors
Manage the Sales Reporting process
Weekly Sales Visit and appointments report
Measure and analysis for sales results
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Attention to detail regarding complexity of products and marketplace
Presentation skills
Good PC skills
Willingness to travel across UK and globally according to requirements
