Experienced Sales Representative required to maintain and increase my clients customer base within North Wales, assessing each customer potential and maximising the opportunity, whilst maintaining an agreed level of profitability.
Your responsibilities will include calling on existing and prospective customers, on a planned basis, to promote advantages of the companies services, show product range, explain price structure/discounts and discuss promotional products.
Other activities will include
Gain and maintain a complete understanding of competitors activity i.e. prices, offers, delivery schedule
Ensure all customer details are correct when opening accounts, and update where necessary existing accounts
Monitor sales and debts of new accounts for first 3 months to ensure customers work to payment terms
Ensure all prices quoted are within parimeters set, if not discuss and agree with Sales Manager
Keep all computer and manual records updated daily/weekly as requested
Attend scheduled meetings with Sales Manager to discuss targets and achievements
Maintain a business plan for your area
Update and work to set journey plan with acceptable deviations
Regularly review customer special prices to achieve the best balance between retaining business and maximising margin
Work closely with your dedicated telesales contact to ensure good communication and awareness of customer issues
You must have a solid successful record within a field based B2B sales role accompanied with knowledge of local businesses and the geographical area of North Wales.

Office Base is in Gwynedd although you will be allocated an area to focus on within North Wales
You must be a UK / EU National or already be a resident in the UK and have a current Work Permit to be considered for this position. We do not provide sponsorship. All shortlisted applicants will need to be able to attend an interview at one of our offices in North Wales.
