Basic
£15k per annum OTE £45k Plus Bonus & Benefits
Established as the leading UK
distributor business for a combined Lip Gloss & Drink testing Kit. My
client has massive ambitions and ready to explore and grow their market share. In
expanding the team, they are looking to build on their reputation for quality
service, grow and develop the customer base and to capitalise on the
consolidation anticipated in the sector.
This role is being created as part of the company commitment to build on its
reputation for sector-leading seller of its product globally. The remit is to
maximize revenues from all product channels and other complementary products /
services and provide exceptional support/account management to existing clients. Suitable candidates
will be accomplished Field Sales Executives, Account Managers, National Sales Manager’s ideally with a
successful track record of managing major FMCG, Retail or Cosmetic Distributors.
Knowledge/Skills / Experience required:-
• Track record of success within the retail, IT, FMCG sector with a medium to
large company;
• Proven success within Account / Regional /Territory Management is a
prerequisite;
• Knowledge of the Cosmetic industry is helpful, but not essential;
• Experience of developing and working within a team;
• Excellent presentation;
• Excels at bringing in new business and creating business opportunities;
• Strong, effective communication skills;
• Strong planning and organisational skills;
• Competent relationship builder with strong influencing skills;
• Commercially astute;
• Strong negotiator.

Salary package –
• Basic £15k per annum OTE £45k
• Performance related bonus
• 21 days holiday per annum increasing with
service; plus Bank/Public Holidays
