My Client specialises in the supply, installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical building services providing a full range of facilities management solutions.
They currently have a requirement for an experienced Field Service Engineer to cover central London and the M3/M4 corridor.
They provide a comprehensive choice of full facilities management or pre-defined or bespoke service contracts, ranging from pre-planned periodic site visits to full-time on-site engineers. Each maintenance contract ensures that customers' needs, no matter how small or large, are met with a rapid response from its professional team of highly trained engineers, providing a 24-hour call out service.
You will be an experienced field service engineer with excellent Maintenance & Service skills of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Heating Systems. Experience of Air Conditioning VRV, VRF, splits, package units, AHU heating and ventilation equipment is ESSENTIAL.
You must have an up to date Refrigerant Handling certificate as well as a C&G in air conditioning or equivalent.
IT is ESSENTIAL that you live West of the M23 and south of the M4. Preferably in the Middlesex area around the M25. The area that you will be covering will be central London and the M3/M4 corridor.
Any experience of Pumps, Valves, Mechanical work, etc. would be highly desirable.
