Great opportunity to join a market leading FMCG business based in Northants as a mobile / field support technician. You will work closely with the central service desk supporting mainly 3 sites of the following -
Windows 2000, XP and Vista client support, knowledge / admin of Windows 2000 /
2003 / AD server required
Microsoft Office 2000 / 2003 / 2007
installation / trouble shooting
Microsoft Outlook 2003
Clients
Voice / network implementation skills
LAN knowledge for break fix / trouble
shooting
Client installations /
rebuilds
Projects assisting the Service Delivery Analysts / Applications
team making recommendations to help improve the infrastructure.
You will have some MS accreditations and a minimum of 3 years working in a similar role. You will be covering Northampton, Spalding and Gerrards Cross but other travel may be required though a car or car allowance will be provided.
