An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Officer to join a public sector organisation, which holds an excellent reputation for its service.
The role will involve:
- Assisting in the running of creditor payments system including inputting invoices on the purchase ledger system.
- Reconciliations, analysis and general assistance with the monitoring of the Association's system on Internal Controls.
- Assisting with budget preparation and final accounts as required.
- Administer the main Petty Cash float under the supervision of the Finance Manager
- Any other duties as requested by the Finance Manager
The ideal candidate will posses:
- Previous experience within a public sector organisation
- Knowledge of financial information systems
- Excellent communication skills.
