Job Role

Daily duties will include:

  • Assisting with budget preparation
  • Assisting in preparation of client four weekly accounts
  • Preparing balance sheet analysis and reconciliation
  • Preparing client invoices/credit notes
  • Preparing weekly fuel reconciliation
  • Preparing periodic agency labour reconciliation
  • Weekly GL review of prime coding and correction
  • Assisting in preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Assisting with other admin tasks as required within the Finance team

  • As the ideal candidate you will demonstrate:
  • PC literate, especially good Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle (Finance)
  • Previous basic accounting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Self motivated
  • Ability to challenge colleagues and suppliers
