Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Finance Director (new business and developments)for a leading property services business. The Company lead the sector in delivering housing solutions and currently have in excess of 15,000 homes under management throughout the Home Counties. With 350 + employees the company are showing year on year growth and have adopted aggressive plans for its continued success.
The role will involve taking early ownership of all property projects whilst identifying and developing new business opportunities. Reporting to the board, the role will encompass forecasting and cash flow management, future develotpment appraisals and plans, guidance and expertise on current and future investments, developments and acquisitions. Lead the planning and budgeting process and provide critical information and leadership to the to the project teams and business as a whole.
The candidate is likely to be of graduate calibre and a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with a broad commercial and operational finance background. Strong leadership and influencing skills, comfortable working cross functionally and with external partners. You will manage a team of 25 + and take the lead in delivering 'best practice' and 'change improvements'.
