My client is a growing leisure and property business based in Heathrow. They are looking to recruit a Finance Manager responsible for the development, enhancement and delivery of the FP&A function. Your responsibilities will include:
Taking accountability for the budgeting, forecasting and planning process you will provide high level accurate decision support and analysis, delivering timely and accurate management reports, establishing and developing superior budgeting, forecasting and analysis processes as well as maintaining and enhancing reporting systems.
You will effectively monitor, develop, interpret and challenge financial results, communicating any issues, risks, trends and performance outlook to management.
Preparing and analysing relevant forecast and consolidated cash flow information to report to the business, you will be heavily involved in the development and enhancement of previous Excel models for forward planning.
Providing support and analysis to UK Board, UK MD, UK Property Director and UK Operations Director for strategic and operational decision making.
They are seeking candidates with demonstrated FP&A experience ideally from a SME/Retail/Property/Leisure business, advanced knowledge and capability with Excel is essential.
Additional to management of the FP&A function, this role will see you involved in Asset analysis and post/investment appraisal as well as ongoing key financial and commercial analysis projects.
