Job Role

To produce/support the production of key management and statutory reports which need to submitted in accordance with the required accounting standards and monthly advised deadlines.
- To provide support to the Finance Director
- Full P&L reporting - weekly, monthly, forecast, plan and budget
- Preparation of KPI reports
- Produce reporting packs - Monthly, Plan and Budget
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis of Variable Cost of Sales to drive continuous business performance improvement and understanding of cost drivers in site management team
- Provision of financial information to the Operations team
- Preparation of the quarterly duty claim.
- Preparation of ad-hoc management information
- Assist in the preparation of month end accounts, including maintaining financial data & transactions
- Balance sheet reconciliations
