In conjunction with the other Finance Officer (Payroll) assist the Head of Financial Services to provide a payroll service to the Group including the input, calculation, checking & payment of the monthly payroll.
- Accurately input, process and calculate the monthly payroll data
- Process and maintain records for SSP, SMP, SAP etc
- Deal with HMRC and other agencies’ monthly & annual returns, payroll queries and correspondence
- Administer payroll data/correspondence in respect of the Company’s pension schemes
- Respond to staff members queries regarding their monthly pay
- Liaise with the Human Resources team to ensure the Payroll system accurately reflects starters, leavers & other data amendments.
- Assist, as required, with all routine administrative/clerical duties relating to payroll.
