This is a pivital role in the organisation. You are a link between your team and the Sales Teams.
You will be monitoring, supervising and mentoring a team of 8 so you must have previous Team Leader experience. You will ensure the workflow is steady and encourage and ensure your team keep up with the fast pace of the business. You will be expected to train and develop your team so that they can progress their careers with the company.
There's lots of liaison with other people in the company so you will have to manage up and down!
You will be confident with figures able to produce daily and weekly reports - an eye for detail and high accuracy skills are a must.
You will be at your best managing your team, multi tasking so you all achieve your goals.
