Our client is a leading Global Asset Management Company who are currently seeking a Financial Accountant to join the Subsidiary Financial reporting team, principally responsible a range of property asset management companies.

Responsibilities include:
* Performing analytical reviews of financial information on a monthly basis
* Signing off on balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring that issues have been identified and escalated
* Developing an understanding of the major drivers of property revenue margins and costs and being able to identify and explain trends
* Liaising with outsourced service providers and overseas accountants
* Preparing information for use in group regulatory returns
* Production of quarterly finance papers for legal entity board meetings
* Production of statutory financial statements and liaison with auditors
* Ad-hoc projects


To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be a part qualified/ Finalist accountant with a strong background in financial or management reporting. Financial Services experience is essential and an ability to demonstrate a high level of awareness of the implications of trends within financial data is essential for the role.
