This is an urgent requirement for a newly qualified accountant(ACCA/ACA) looking to take their next step up the career ladder. Candidates from a practice background will be considered as well as from industry experience. The chosen individual will be well versed in the duties that are required of a Financial Accountant. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to perform as part of team and show that you have hands on approach to work. On a day to day basis the role will involve standard Month end procedures, including producing month end reporting. You will also be involved in the day to day management of one accounts assistant and the General Ledger which will involve the preparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and the posting of journals. You will produce monthly cash flow forecasts and forecasting and aid in the preparation of UK Statutory accounts for all entities. In addition to above the chosen individual must also have a working knowledge of Excel to an Intermediate/Advanced standard.
