Made up of several operating divisions and being Australia's largest supplier with operations in the USA and Asia, this is an organisation of choice. This 12 month role due to Maternity leave is due to commence mid October and is asking for your committment for the period of the contract.
Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor you will be responsible to provide Financial Accounting information, Accounting support and advice in line with operational requirements. Your expertise in the following areas is essential:
- Complex Bank Reconciliations
- Journals
- Month End Reporting
- Half Year and Year end Reporting
- FBT
- Assisting with Tax Returns
- Cash Management
As the successful candidate you will have a degree with an accounting discipline and CPA/CA qualification or studying towards. You will be part of a fast paced, deadline driven dynamic team and would suit individuals who enjoys working within a large team environment. You will also possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational and problem solving skills, strong working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables etc), knowledge of reporting and the ability to follow procedures.
