Financial Adviser Private Banking Manager
Location: Bristol
Basic Salary £28,600 to £42,900 + Package
One of the leading European banking organisations is looking to expand its team of regulated Private Banking Managers by recruiting mature and self-confident Financial Advisers who can interact well with people of influence. You will proactively build and develop a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing advice on a wide range of financial matters in order to maximise the level of client service & provision of cross sales opportunities. You will have the support of a Private Banking Officer who will assist with a variety of tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
"Full FPC or CeFA
"A minimum of 3 years Regulated Sales experience
"A minimum of 12 months cumulative post-CAS experience
"Whilst not an essential for every location, preference will always be given to candidates with exposure to Retail Banking and Regulated Sales.
"Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years - exceptions made for Redundancies etc)
FINANCIAL ADVISER PACKAGE:
A superb package is on offer with recent changes to the 2004 remuneration scheme introducing a more simplified commission structure with unlimited bonus. Shared targets with Lead providers (Their targets mirror/exceed advisers). The package consists of the following:
"Basic = £28,600 to £42,900
"Uncapped bonus scheme (as of 2006 this is now quarterly rather than annually)

"Negotiable Guarantees available depending on background

Financial Services is a highly regulated industry and most Financial Adviser, and Sales Manager jobs require applicants to have the relevant qualifications and FSA authorisations. Financial Advisors / Consultants all require the Full FPC (Financial Planning Certificate) or CeFA and CAS (Competent Adviser Status).
