Up to 31k base with average earnings 60k - Top Earners 100k + Comprehensive Benefits + Car
As a Financial Adviser with this High Street Bank you will be offering comprehensive Financial Planning to customers, fulfilling their needs from a range of approved providers by recommending the most suitable products to meet their needs.
Within this organisation, Financial Advisers are expected to work closely with their colleagues, building relationships and providing support, guidance and coaching to help achieve sales and targets.
As well as Financial Advisers being able to use fact-finding and communication skills you should also be able to present to a range of audiences and develop a portfolio of clients.
The company offer in return an excellent package for their Financial Advisers where the average earnings are around 60k with top producers earning 6 figures as well as pension, healthcare, car or car allowance to name a few.
Most Financial Advisers that will be suitable for this role will have their full FPC or equilivant qualification and have CAS status as well as a proven track record behind them. You must have earnings currently in excess of 60k and be achieving or exceeding target or be in the top 10% of your current company or if currently working within bancassurance producing 250k written business per annum.
