Join an exciting and dynamic company working in the fastest growing travel sector, delivering luxury cruise holidays with world famous brands such as P&O Cruises and Cunard.Based in our impressive new Southampton based offices, this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest tour operators in the world made up of 11 cruise brands, operating a fleet of 89 ships, with another 17 ships on order (2 for Carnival UK in 2010).
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Business Analyst to assist in the development of a new management information system.With strong Microsoft Access, Excel 2007 and Visual Basic skills you will consolidate both quantitative and qualitative data into a centralised repository for analytical and business information purposes.
Involved in every step of the initial development and subsequent analytical processes and reporting, the role impacts many areas of the company and its products, and is instrumental in current business understanding and future planning.
Along with your very strong technical ability, you will also have good interpersonal skills and be capable of sharing knowledge, expertiseand ideas with others effectively.
You will have drive and enthusiasm and be self-motivated to meet deadlines and ensure the end goal is achieved.Working within in a large, multi-function department you will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills at all levels.
