The Company
Robert Half are currently working with a high profile Public sector organisation to recruit for the position of Financial Controller. The INTERIM role will manage the Financial Accounts team for the period of six months during the current period of formalising the structure of the organisaiton.
The RoleThis prestigious role requires a candidate who operates as a dynamic individual, has driven large positive change through commercial organisations and has an exceptional eye for detail.Managing individuals is going to be key to this role and ensuring a close and fluid working financial team to cover the areas listed below is an absolute must.The role covers some key areas:- statutory accounts, returns and reports;- audit and financial governance;- accounting services, capital and systems;- cash management;- financial services;- budgetary and staff management;- management and organisational responsibilities.The individual must be qualified, either ACCA, CIMA,ACA or CPFA. Qualified by experience candidates will not be considered for this role.Experience within a senior financial position previously to level of Director or Financial Controller will be required to ensure stability and steer of the team. Candidates from the public and private sector will be considered.
Salary & Benefits
