My client is a successful, family run manufacturing business employing over 100 people at their large purpose build premises. Having enjoyed significant growth over the last 2 years they are now seeking to appoint their first Financial Controller to manage the company finances and lay the foundations for further growth. Managing a small team you will be responsible for the production of management and statutory accounts, budgets and forecasts including detailed variance analysis and development of KPI's. Working with the business owners you will be expected to play a proactive role improving systems and operational efficiency, managing working capital to fuel growth. Applicants must have experience from a high volume SME manufacturing company and could be recently qualified or QBE.
