SME Financial Controller
£60-70K+Benefits

Ambridge Harris Associates are working with a business in Poole who are looking to recruit a Financial Controller. This business is well established in its market and they are looking for someone who can take charge and lead them through a period of growth and cultural change.
You will be required to manage the financial accounting and management reporting functions, and lead a team of 8 accounting staff.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role will involve:
· Financial Accounting - managing debtors and creditors, cash flow reporting
· Management Reporting - budgeting and forecasting
· Statutory Accounting and Compliance
· Business Analysis and KPI reporting
· Stock Control and Inventory Costing
There will be the opportunity to implement a new financial accounting system and the Board wants this person to drive change in the business and grow the revenue over the next few years. This is going to be a long term role for the right candidate and offer someone the opportunity to make a difference.
