Job Role

The European FP&A Director essentiallydeputises the European CFO. He/she will manage a small team working throughout the operating businesses that must collate information on a regular basis and report it in various forms as it is required.

The FP&A team facilitate all planning, forecasting and reporting processes. He /she must be able to articulate financial issues to senior managers and non-financial managers - therefore communication is a key skill. The FP&A team should be a trusted business partner.

He/she must also motivate the team to proactively identify areas of business improvement, set up the key metrics required, and inspire senior management to endorse the project
- Managing a small dispersed team throughout Europe
- Manage consolidati
- Superb Financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization
- Able to drive business performance through various programs
- Completely PC literate - Microsoft Office skills
- Especially - PowerPoint skills
- Hyperion Experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- French and other European language skills would be beneficial
- Accounting qualification desirable
- Degree required - up to MBA desirable
Our client is part of a multinational service sector group based in Swindon
Salary up to £70,000 + Company car, or car allowance, 25 days annual leave, pension, private medical insurance
