Package: £22,000 to £25,000 + Commission

Our client is a national brand who recruit accountancy, finance, IT, HR, sales and marketing roles.
There existing teams comprise of high performing individuals who have carved a niche for themselves. Having weathered the economic storm my client is now in the position to focus on growth.
As an agency it isn't there objective to big the biggest but to be the best in there chosen area of expertise.
Core responsibilities include;
*recruitment of temporary and contract roles
*focus on roles at all levels from 'Accounts Assistant', 'Part Qualified Accountant' to 'Financial Controller'
*extensive business development
*network existing clients and generate new business by maintaining contact on a regular basis
*secure Preferred Supplier status with companies
*create and maintain relationships with small to medium sized clients allowing a client to enjoy continuity of quality service
*write business proposals and/or requests for information for clients
*telephone screening of CV's prior to arranging meetings to register candidates
*conduct candidate interviews for registration in anticipation of client interviews
*extensive lead generation and job passing to other colleagues and teams
*maintain close contact with colleagues in the Permanent Qualified teams to ensure consistency and the sharing of information
You will an inherit a portfolio of existing clients and therefore have roles to recruit immediately.
