First Notification Claims Handler – Motor Claims
Our client, a leading insurer based in Manchester city centre, are looking to add a new team of first notification claims handler to their growing operation based in modern offices.
Responsible for the first contact with customers who have been involved in an accident, you will be responsible for taking all relevant details of the claim down accurately, and so astrong eye for detail is required, along with the ability to show empathy and understanding to customers.
Ideally candidates will come from a similar background and be well versed on the questions which need to be asked, and the facts which need ascertaining in order to make a judgement on liability.
