Our client is one of the UK's leading and innovative leisure management organisations, running leisure centres throughout the UK. They are now looking to recruit a Fitness Manager to join there highly successful management team.
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your career in fitness management in a busy club. We require a fitness manager who can drive our business forward.Your major goal will be to promote the company’s vision, values and beliefs to deliver the fitness strategy and be accountable for the experience the customer receives on every visit to the gym.
Key result areas:
• To ensure the operational quality of both environment and the core fitness products.
• To deliver the Centres customer experience.
• To be an effective and inspiring leader and manager.
• To achieve our clients fitness business objectives.
• To have a flexible approach to work, hours will cover days, evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate will be REPS level 3 qualified and ideally have a minimum of 6 months management experience within a health and fitness facility.
