Our client is one of the UK's most innovative and progressive training providers. They are currently looking to recruit Fitness Tutors in the midlands area to join their fast expanding and succesful team.
Tutors are responsible for delivering outstanding training to prepare our clients learners for careers within the health, fitness and leisure industry. You will be required to deliver taught and blended learning courses (ranging from single day courses to 4 week programmes) at Fitness level 2 and level 3.
Additionally you will be required, or develop the skills, to teach CPD and/or specialist courses (e.g. Exercise referral, pre and post natal exercise etc) dependent upon experience and qualifications. Additional ability to teach children’s activity and/or leisure operations or behaviour change would be a distinct advantage. As part of your role you will need to link with local employers and specifically help students from our clients apprenticeship courses to find work opportunities.

The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background within the health and fitness industry, preferably having a minimum of 1 years management experience. It is also desirable that you have your A! teaching certification, however this is not essential as for the right candidates training will be given.
