We are exclusively recruiting for a highly respected Fashion retailer at Flagship Management level.
As part of a talent development project we are interested in meeting and networking with current Senior Store Managers or Flagship Fashion Managers in and around the London remit.
Experience within a fast paced, high turnover and large head count management environment is essential. Ideally you will currently be a top performer within your current fashion employer , with experience in managing results, driving brand standards and have a proven track record in head office partnerships and the ability to influence a business on a wider scale.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for the Retail Fashion sector and have the ability to manage and inspire large sales teams.
My client currently has a a large percentage of the fashion market share not only within the UK but globally and continues to grow it's store portfolio. With an exceptional consumer reputation they are looking to raise their profile even further by only recruiting the very best managers in the fashion market.
Salary between £28,000 and 45,000
