Flagship Store Manager, London Our client is an internationally renowned fashion brand offering a fabulous range of women’s and men’s clothing and accessories.With over 1,200 stores in 91 countries worldwide the brand name is well and truly established.They are currently recruiting for a fashion experienced store manager to be fully accountable for one of their London stores.Managing 25 staff and a turnover of £3.5m you will have a strong, proven track record in having responsibility for a similar size business. Your remit is to ensure that sales targets are exceeded, customer service is at its highest, and your team is trained and motivated. Your background will be within fashion with an exceptional track record of managing a large team.Excellent communication skills are a must as is an approachable and charismatic personality.You must be a strong, influential leader with the ability to create a fun, active and buzzing store.
