Flights Co-ordinator
One of the world's
most famous brands is looking for a Flights co-ordinator in their busy
transportation to department to oversee the successful operation of their
flights programme. You will be required to provide the best travel arrangements
for clients within 12 hours of receiving requests, solve any issues and analyse
problems to reduce the number of requests received and maximise the fluidity of
sales through effective programming in the in-house system.You will be using existing Airline IT nett
contracts and ensure that rules and restrictions are followed accurately,
updating airline contracts in the files and in the in-house system, issuing
tickets on Amadeus including group tickets within deadlines given, and be responsible
for reissue's, refunds, revalidations, and issue TODs, PTAs, MPDsYou will be dealing with Cat 35 flights and
update information where required, action any changes of schedules and
amendments of IT Nett contracts from airlines and advise airlines of passenger
manifest within specific deadlines. You will program schedules and prices of
flights, update schedules and prices, update relevant information pages, and
analyse issues to maximise fluidity of sales.The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills and time
management, be a good communicator and have good IT Skills in Amadeus and
Microsoft for Windows.You will also be
a team player, analytical and good problem solver and able to use your own
initiative and maintain a high attention to detail.
