We urgently need In - flight Food & Beverage Managers to be based in the UAE Capital working for a prestigious airline flying to a number of worldwide destinations!
Must have experience working for five star hotels or prestigious leading restaurants with an exceptional understanding of all food and beverage matters from quality, presentation and timeliness. Must fit key criteria below:
Key criteria:
*Commitment to relocate to the Middle East in the New year
*Minimum height of 164cm
*Ability to swim at least 25 metres unaided in open water
*Immaculately presented
*3 years minimum experience working as a food & beverage Supervisor/Manager with 5* hotels/prestigious restaurants
*Excellent knowledge of food & safety regulations and standards
*Educated to minimum of GCSE level
*Fluent in spoken , written and reading English
*Medically fit to pass standard medical examination
*Valid passport
