An experienced food and beverage manager is sought by our client for their lovely country hotel near Barnard Castle.
The succesful applicant will have overall responsibility for all food and beverage staff and the training therof, to ensure high standards are maintained.
A strong knowledege of F and B is required and prior banqueting experience would also be beneficial.
Duty management shifts will also be part of your remit.
This is a challenging and rewarding role, working 5 days from 7 in a busy and vibrant environment.
