Advanced Childcare have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Fostering Manager based in Birmingam, this is a permanent contract with a salary of up to £50K per annum.
Advanced Childcare is a specialist provider of residential care, education and fostering services for young people between the ages of 10 and 18 with complex needs experiencing attachment/emotional and behavioural difficulties. Our aim is to help young people develop a sense of community, self-worth and respect for others by encouraging them to participate in and share the important decisions that affect their lives.
We have a wonderful opportunity for someone with the right skills and focus to head up our Fostering Service as the Fostering Manager. Based at our Regional Office in Great Barr Birmingham, the key focus of the Fostering Manager will be to continue to grow and develop the service in line with our wider company developments and to contribute to our reputation for excellence.
Candidate Profile
The successful Fostering Manager must have a DipSw qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years experience of managing childcare services, possibly gained already within a similar Fostering Manager role.
