Our client requires good experienced fostering social workers to work within a private organisation based in Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate will be an experienced social worker with a background in fostering. This role is a permanent vacancy and offers a pension scheme on top of salary

*Provide formal and informal supervision, advice and support to foster carers and support workers as required.
*Support and manage the variety of fostering placements undertaken by the agency.
*Carry and manage a caseload of foster carers and children.
*In conjunction with, the Regional Director and Team Manager participate in annual appraisals.
*Participate in the office duty system.
*Contribute to and attend team meetings.
*Participate in an on-call system outside of office hours.
