Your Profile
As a Digital Account Manager you will have knowledge of the full creative and development digital process. Knowledge of SEO, PPC,Design and Build, Online Advertising, Social Media. Display reporting using Doubleclick/Atlas would be hugely beneficial. Ability to manage multiple projects in an efficient and responsible manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). 2 Years+ Pure play Digital Experience either in a Full Service Digital Agency or the Digital Department of an integrated agency. Financial Services/Online Gaming Experience would be a bonus, also media buying experience a bonus.
The Role
To manage the day to day client relationships on two of the agency?s largest pieces of business. This experienced Account Manager is required to support the Account Director across delivering acquisition campaigns: e-mail, display, PPC as well as microsite and landing page design and builds. Excellent Client, Time, Project and Financial management are essential. Maintaining excellent client relationships across numerous levels & ensuring successful project delivery. Documenting client project requirements. Managing internal resource from brief right through to delivery across creative, development and search. Liaising with third party suppliers to ensure campaign delivery (tracking etc.)Client Reporting including Campaign success metrics, Contact Reports etc.
